California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking a Software-as-a-Service supplier for a solution that will provide approximately 1,400 filers access to electronic filing of Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Statement of Economic Interest Form 700.
The solution also will give users an ID and password, allow them to upload files to the contractor’s secure website, electronically validate documents, and provide other functions.
The RFQ is due by Dec. 14.

The FPPC itself has started its own effort to provide a system to electronically file Form 700 Statement of Economic Interest (SEI) forms directly to the commission. The $2.9 million project has hired a project manager and the project charter was completed. The RFP is being developed this fall, according to a project update.
