The California Department of Education's Personnel Services Division is inviting bidders to submit proposals for audio/visual recording and webcasting services of meetings and proceedings at the department's headquarters in Sacramento.

The California Department of Education's Personnel Services Division is inviting bidders to submit proposals for audio/visual recording and webcasting services of meetings and proceedings at the department's headquarters in Sacramento.

The one-year contract includes a one-year option to renew.

"The contractor will be responsible for board room recording and webcasting (hosted) of various California Department of Education (CDE) meetings. This includes, but is not limited to, multi-faceted audio/video media support services, audio/video recording equipment operation, audio/video conferencing, meeting presentation support, Web page development, video post-production and open captioning services," the bid invitation says.

The contractor will be required to record and webcast as many as two mock meetings in August and September.

Bid responses are due Aug. 4.
