RFO: Student Aid Commission Website Redesign

CSAC administers about $2 billion in financial aid programs for students attending public and private universities, colleges, and vocational schools in California.

The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) is looking for a contractor to redesign its public website.

An RFO released Wednesday describes the project:

"The purpose of this RFO is to select one contractor to redesign the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant CSAC public website, as well as the internal intranet site, to improve serviceability, participation, functionality and security. Modernization of the websites will allow for ease of navigation, management, and flexibility to power multiple websites, portals, blogs and on-demand ‘pop-up’ websites. In addition, the redesigned websites must offer Google-like translation and search capabilities."

Bid responses are due April 24. The contract period will be one to two years.
