San Francisco, San Diego, Hayward and Stanislaus County finished in the Top 5 of an annual ranking released Thursday of the best pubic-sector Web portals in state and local government.
The 20th anniversary of the Center for Digital Government’s* Best of the Web Awards, announced Sept. 1, is a recognition of technological innovation and service delivery improvements.
The state of California, and its Ca.gov website, was named a "finalist" in the state website category.
