Alert-360 CEO Richard Diamond spoke with Techwire about his startup at Velocity VC Demo Day held in Sacramento on Nov. 19. The new platform and mobile app effectively crowdsources 911 calls to reach the closest first responder, says Diamond. The system is currently operating in 7 jurisductions, including the Oakland Police Department.
