Enforcing the time limit was CCISDA First Vice President Jerry Becker, information systems director for San Joaquin County.
CCISDA gathers twice yearly to bring vendors and CIOs together to network. The group also provides educational programs for members.
CCISDA's fall conference theme is "Waves of Change," with speakers and breakout groups focusing on cybersecurity, among other topics.
