June 29: High School Cyber Innovation Challenge at Sac City College

The all-day event at Sacramento City College will feature teams from Elk Grove High School, Casa Robles High School, Luther Burbank High School and other competitors from the Bay Area and Southern California.

The California Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) on June 29 is hosting an inaugural challenge for high school teams that will compete in a series of timed cybersecurity challenges.

The all-day event at Sacramento City College will feature teams from Elk Grove High School, Casa Robles High School, Luther Burbank High School and other competitors from the Bay Area and Southern California.

GO-Biz is partnering with several organizations for the Cyber Innovation Challenge, including the CyberCalifornia coalition, California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office and the California Workforce Development Board, the Sacramento Employment and Training Agency, the Securing our eCity Foundation, the Air Force Association, CyberWatch West, Dun and Bradstreet, ForeScout, Facebook, and Cisco.
