California's centralized website for procurement will be unavailable the next five days in order to roll out a major release of the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal).

As part of the planned outage, the Cal eProcure portal will be unavailable to bidders and suppliers from Thursday, July 21, at 6 p.m. through Tuesday, July 26 at 6 a.m.

During this time, the FI$Cal team will be upgrading the PeopleSoft Financials application from version 9.1 to version 9.2 on a new toolset and hardware, according to the project's July 2016 newsletter: "Cal eProcure (the public procurement portal) will not be accessible (CSCR, SB/DVBE certification application, searching for LPAs, searching for SB/DVBEs.)"

Direct questions about Cal eProcure to the website's Contact page.
