The California Department of Technology appointed a new deputy director of statewide technology procurement on June 2.
Marlon Paulo has been acting deputy director and helping CDT to minimize redundancy in the procurement process across all state departments.
Paulo has worked as principal consultant in the California State Assembly and as chief of infrastructure at the departments of Mental Health and Finance, respectively. Rounding out his 15 years of state service, he also served as the chief of acquisition at the IT Program Management Branch.
