State's Judicial Branch is Seeking Vendors

The judicial branch of California, which includes the state’s superior courts, criminal courts and appellate courts, has a number of RFPs pending.

The judicial branch of California includes the state’s superior courts, criminal courts and appellate courts. The branch has a centralized strategic plan for the justice system’s IT, but each court can contract as necessary to serve its needs. More than 80 RFPs were released for 2017.

Here are RFPs across the branch:

The Judicial Council of California is seeking vendors to update and maintain the San Francisco office’s Veritas system.

Veritas provides data management across multiple cloud environments. The contract will offer support services for fiscal year 2017-18.

The proposal is due Nov. 28.

The LA Metropolitan Courthouse is looking for hardware modernization related to elevator maintenance.

The proposal is due Dec. 27.          

The East County Regional Center of the Judicial Council is seeking elevator modernization as well.

The proposal is due Jan. 15.

The Superior Court of California at Santa Clara County is looking for a contractor to upgrade the court’s Voice Over Internet Protocol system.

The upgrade will include hardware and software installation and design.

The RFP closes on Dec. 22.

 

More RFPs are expected in 2018 for further modernization of the branch.
