The California Victim Compensation Board (CalVCB) released an RFI on June 29 to gather information regarding an Online Access solution. Any potential vendor’s Online Access (OLA) solution must be able to provide a victim compensation application for Web and mobile.

CalVCB expects the solution to accommodate the submittal of applications/forms, support documents, bills and crime documentation, and facilitate communication between Online Access users and CalVCB.

The system should also reduce application times to improve the efficiency of CalVCB and streamline its service to victims in need.

According to the RFI, the information gathered will be used to refine the solution scope and establish a project budget and timeline for the implementation of the solution.

Vendors can view the RFI at here. Responses are due by 5 p.m. July 24.

Any communication should be directed to Ryan Metzer at ryan.metzer@victims.ca.gov.
