The California Department of Technology is moving toward agile solutions and focusing on cybersecurity.
“It’s not big bang, but smaller, more palatable increments,” Chris Cruz, deputy CIO, said at the California Technology Forum.
Tools and procedures are being standardized across the entire state. The plan will take about 18 months to implement and gain leadership buy-in, according to Cruz.
