Niles Friedman has more than 15 years' executive management and advisory experience that spans the private and public sectors across the United States, European Union, and Africa. He has worked for the last 10 years to create innovation capacity and technology capabilities across the U.S. federal government, the State of California, Los Angeles County, and international health ministries. Most recently, Friedman has been an Executive Adviser on Innovation with the California Health and Human Services Agency and a Strategic Adviser to the CEO’s Office for Los Angeles County. He is currently an Executive Adviser with Star Insights, based in Los Angeles.
