Dr. Barbara O'Connor, a Professor Emeritus at California State University in Sacramento, is co-chair and secretary of the California Emerging Technology Fund. She received her Ph.D in Communications from the University of Southern California in 1974. She was featured in Newsweek’s 1995 “50 for the Future,” a feature on the 50 people who will set policy and direction for global communications.
