Learn key aspects of the Scrum Framework

This two-day course–in partnership with Agile Business Transformation organization Radtac–provides the key aspects of the Scrum Framework to prepare you to not only take the Scrum Alliance ScrumMaster® exam, but employ practical skills and knowledge required to drive a successful Scrum Project as a ScrumMaster®.

During this course, you will take part in experiential exercises and simulations designed to teach the fundamentals of working within the Scrum development framework. By the end of the workshop, you will have experienced the key roles, responsibilities, interactions, tools, and processes of Scrum.

Through these simulations and hands-on exercises, you will be prepared to take an “online” exam on the Scrum Alliance website to obtain your certification.

Certified Scrum Trainer Bernie Maloney

Biography: Bernie Maloney is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Agile Coach whose career started with a flash and a bang. Literally. His first position was designing devices that protect telephone networks from lightning strikes. A few career pivots later, he had a flash of insight: it was possible to tap into latent potential in every person, every team, and every organization.

Across his 25 years of engineering and leadership experience, he’s helped grow businesses from breakeven to beyond $100 million. The teams he’s worked with have delivered products ranging from award winning consumer electronics to network infrastructure to services & payments. As an international Speaker, Trainer and Agile Coach, he’s worked with firms including Bell Telephone Laboratories, HP, TiVo, Cisco and more. In addition to his client work, he teaches Agile Product Development at Stanford Continuing Studies.
Bernie helps his clients lead through influence rather than authority. He believes that Accelerating Genius is possible in any leader, team or business, and leads not only to success, but also to a whole lot more fun.
