This two-day course–in partnership with Agile Business Transformation organization Radtac and with certification through the Scrum Alliance®–provides the key aspects of the Scrum Framework to prepare you to not only take the Scrum Alliance ScrumMaster® exam, but employ practical skills and knowledge required to drive a successful Scrum Project as a ScrumMaster®.
During this course, you will take part in experiential exercises and simulations designed to teach the fundamentals of working within the Scrum development framework. By the end of the workshop, you will have experienced the key roles, responsibilities, interactions, tools, and processes of Scrum.
Through these simulations and hands-on exercises, you will be prepared to take an online exam on the Scrum Alliance® website to obtain your certification.
