Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training provides you with a deeper understanding of the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and provides the necessary tools for completion of your Green Belt certification project. This 4-day course uses a combination of hands-on activities, presentations, and lectures to provide a strong foundation. You will gain the necessary skills to lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects, work on teams led by Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and help your organization effectively implement Lean Six Sigma. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be qualified to serve as a Green Belt on a project within your organization and qualify for Green Belt certification.

Ashley Christman is a former nurse and Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a background in organizational change management and Lean. Her extensive experience in healthcare quality and performance improvement has transformed a number of organizations and led to better outcomes in patient care, reductions in wait times, and more. Her experience includes consulting for the CA Department of Public Health as well as multiple large hospital systems, including Santa Rosa Memorial and Petaluma Valley Hospital.
