“Citizen centric benefits cannot be properly delivered or managed through outdated, monolithic IT systems. Modularity is our best option to reduce risk, increase reusability, improve time to market, reduce total cost of ownership, and deliver highest possible value to society, with the goal of delivering the right benefit at the right time to the right citizen. We are proud to be a partner to State of California in this journey of agility and innovation,” Pradeep Goel, CEO of EngagePoint, announced in August.
