The city of Stockton is recruiting for an IT Supervisor whose responsibilities include support desk, desktop management, endpoint security and vendor relations, as well as helping to craft policies and participate in drafting the strategic plan.

Candidates should have a strong background and extensive experience in “implementing technical controls to meet specific help desk, desktop and security requirements; developing policies and standards; assistance with the development of a technology recovery plan; providing budget oversight; division planning in regards to support desk and desktop management practices; and team development and collaboration,” according to the job posting

The position has a monthly salary range of $6,980 to $8,961, and the application deadline is 5:30 p.m. Jan. 2.
