Carson is an Amazon Web Services (AWS) APN Ambassador with more than 13 years of technology and public-sector expertise. He’s consulted and implemented solutions for federal and military organizations, and before joining Effectual, he led a global technical team at AWS that was responsible for supporting revenue growth by 30 percent.

Before joining AWS, Carson’s previous affiliations included LifeBridge, Horizons, JHC Technology and Onica. He is a graduate of Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in information systems.
