Mara was most recently VP/Americas for Symantec, and before that was affiliated with Veritas Technologies. In addition to SLED, Mara has experience in the health-care technology sector and has won numerous sales and marketing awards.

He has a degree from the University of Phoenix in business, management and marketing, and is an alumnus of Executive Development Programs at Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
