OLYMPIC VALLEY – Contra Costa County GIS Administrator Isaac Cabrera led a discussion of how to “Elevate Relationships” Nov. 5 at the 2019 California County Information Services Directors Association (CCISDA) Fall Conference near Lake Tahoe.

Recent disasters including wildfires, have underscored the value for local governments in working together on a common platform, he said, noting it’s also key to hone strategies ahead of an actual event.
