Guidehouse Names Manager, IT Director for West Region

Guidehouse specialized in management consulting to governments until last October, when it acquired Navigant Consulting Inc. and added commercial consulting to its services.

Guidehouse has added two new people to its West Region — an IT director and a manager.

The newly appointed IT director is Collin Lopes, a veteran of the IT sector who, the company said, “has more than 12 years’ experience in leveraging technology to drive enterprise transformation and growth.” Lopes has worked in various roles with various firms, primarily as a project manager and business analyst.

Lopes has degrees in computer technology and computer engineering from the University of Mumbai; a bachelor’s in software engineering from Champlain College in Vermont; and a master’s in business administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Guidehouse also has named Noah Miretsky as a manager, based in the San Diego area.

Miretsky describes himself as “an entrepreneur with experience in multiple aspects of business management and consulting, including areas of business strategy, regulatory compliance, process optimization, project management, and large-scale data collection, analysis, and reporting within the public and private sectors.”

He was with PwC for 10 years, first as an associate and then as a manager, before serving as co-founder and CEO of Joint Compliance in the San Diego area. In his managerial role with Guidehouse, “I help businesses and government officials establish and improve their compliance-related activities,” he says in his LinkedIn profile.

Miretsky has dual bachelor’s degrees, in English literature and psychology from the University of Arizona, and a master’s in business administration from The George Washington University School of Business in Washington, D.C.
