IT Veteran Gaudy Is New SLED Regional Sales Exec for ThousandEyes

The longtime state and local government fixture hopes to help California State, Local and Education agencies "improve the visibility of their digital experiences," he said in a statement.

IT industry veteran Fernando Gaudy has joined ThousandEyes as a regional sales manager for State, Local and Education, the company has announced.

Gaudy has more than 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and technical design and support of high-technology products. He has worked for industry leaders such as HP, Autodesk and Infoblox. His background also includes more than 20 years’ experience in helping California state and local government agencies and educational institutions match technical solutions with their needs.

“I’m looking forward to helping ThousandEyes empower CA SLED agencies to improve the visibility of their digital experiences across a vast internet that’s made up of countless independent service providers,” Gaudy said in a statement to Techwire. “That detailed visibility is essential to their ability to serve their constituents and their employees, as today’s users expect applications and sites to be reachable and high-performing at all times.”
