“Contract Connections” is sponsored by the county Internal Services Department, which oversees information technology for the county as well as facilities management, environmental matters, administrative and purchasing functions, and contracting.
The event, billed as “physically distanced, virtually connected,” runs from 10 to 11:30 a.m. July 30. Attendance is free; an RSVP is required by July 24.
Other county departments participating include Consumer & Business Affairs and Public Works.

- Preference programs and small-business funding
- Opportunities for countywide solicitations
- How to become a qualified contractor for various county Master Agreements.
