M Corp Names Industry Veteran Clements as Business Operations Director

M Corp, a Sacramento-based provider of legacy modernization and analytics services and solutions, has named Ryan Clements its new director of Business Operations.

In this role, the company said in a news release, Clements serves as M Corp’s chief administrative officer, overseeing back-office operations while leading the company’s strategies on finance, human resources and performance.

Clements has more than 20 years’ experience in the technology industry, with a special emphasis on business operations and solution delivery. Between 2016 and 2021, he served as chief operating officer and vice president of operations for PunchOut2Go, a technology solution platform that integrates and automates e-commerce and e-procurement transactions between buyers and suppliers. In 2015, Clements was director of operations for MFS, a startup venture developing an innovative automobile lease-finance platform for the used luxury vehicle market. Between 2008 and 2015, he was vice president of technology for Coastal Credit, a national indirect auto finance company.

M Corp offers integrated services and products to the public sector, financial services, agriculture, oil and gas, and health-care sectors. Founded in 2003, M Corp employs more than 100 people, with projects across the Western U.S. and in Australia.
