In the third part of his interview with e.Republic’s Steve Towns, Peter Kelly, chief deputy director of the state Office of Systems Integration, explains that agile development relies on automated testing and “a continuous development and deployment pipeline.” Infrastructure can’t be a barrier, he said, and innovation must be done with the end user in mind.
