Gold River, Calif.-based Pondera Solutions has appointed Tim Blevins as executive director of Revenue and Labor Solutions.
Blevins has more than three decades of experience in Kansas state government in executive branch agencies and will be responsible for building the company’s tax and revenue vertical and its unemployment insurance products.
"Tim is one of the nation’s foremost experts in tax and revenue at the national, state and local levels, which will help Pondera further develop our best-in-class detection models to identify more potential fraud," said Jon Coss, Pondera Solutions CEO. Blevins was CIO of the Kansas Department of Revenue (1997-2008) and CIO of the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (1993-97). For the past six years Blevins has been a consultant for CGI.
