Vigil previously was in Cloud Security Services for Akamai Technologies, and before that his professional affiliations included Oracle, Symantec, Novell and Entex Information Systems.
“Working with our partners,” Vigil says in his LinkedIn profile, “we are achieving greater adoption of open source software in many of the largest public-facing delivery systems to improve performance, agility and greater overall value to the consumer and taxpayer.”
Vigil has a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Sac State and a juris doctorate from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento.
