Sacramento County government is planning an event for those who do business with the county procurement system — and those who aspire to do so.
The event is billed as “Doing Business With Sacramento County and How to Use Public Purchase eProcurement.” Topics on the agenda include:
- How to sign up to be a vendor with Sacramento County government
- Successfully responding to a bid
- How to promote your business to the right department
- The county’s Procurement Opportunities Program
- Review of standard bid documents
- How to navigate the system
The session, which will include time for questions and answers from participants, runs from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Hillsdale Business Information Center, 5565 Hillsdale Blvd., Suite 9, Sacramento. For more information, call the Hillsdale Center at (916) 263-4148.
