Schwartz has been in technology sales and management for decades, most recently affiliated with Automation Anywhere. His previous affiliations include Imanis Data, Rubrik and Symantec.
Pega’s offerings include adaptive, cloud-architected software for state government agencies, cities and counties.
“Joe has extensive experience in helping companies use digital transformation to accelerate their business and be more competitive,” said Ken Frankel, Pegasystems’ Western U.S. sales director.
“I am excited to be working for Pega, which offers an end-to-end solution in Customer Engagement and Intelligent Automation,” Schwartz said.
Schwartz is graduate of San Diego State University, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He’s also a member of the Board of Trustees at Yavneh Day School in Los Gatos.
