The Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) is recruiting for a business intelligence services manager (information technology manager 1) to assume “full management responsibility for organizing, planning, and directing all activities associated with the FI$Cal Business Intelligence Services (BIS) Section. This section is responsible for design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of complex IT, BI and data analytics applications, open data/big data initiatives, their data sources, and data extraction, transformation and load components that extract data from FI$Cal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System databases and other departmental source systems, transform and publish that data to BI applications and FI$Cal transparency website as applicable. Covered California is looking for a deputy chief information officer for strategic initiatives (Career Executive Assignment) to lead the IT Division’s Strategic Initiatives Branch.
