- Experience leading and managing organizational change, including the ability to develop and maintain effective teams and build staff capacity.

The Procurement and Contract Analyst (IT Specialist I), who reports to the Project Director, “manages, plans, organizes, coordinates and leads a variety of complex procurement activities and related contract monitoring and oversight services. These include overseeing the monitoring of contract compliance, participating in contact negotiations, facilitating the development of amendments, and reviewing work authorizations and invoices,” according to the job posting.
