Here are some state-level RFPs closing over the next few weeks.

Here are some state-level RFPs closing in the next few weeks.

The Judicial Council of California has an RFI out for information about possible partners for a self-service portal.

The portal would include education about specific case types, triage individual cases, document gathering and storage to allow for e-filing. The council seeks an agile deployment that could add in units of capability over time. Managed Web content hosting, portal development, educational resources, online chat and systems integration would all be necessary components.

The RFI closes Oct. 18.

The California Conservation Corps is seeking a vendor for an ID card system and alarm system monitoring.

The badges and associated software would be provided by the vendor. The vendor would also install card readers, electric locks that allow for exit without a badge and comply with all safety regulations. The 24/7 nature of the badges would also allow them to be turned off at any time, using remote access.

The RFP closes Sept. 21.

The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation has an RFP open that could cost up to $200,000. The project would replace the Nurse Call system at Wasco State Prison.

The contract includes all hardware, installation and engineering necessary to replace the system on a one-for-one basis. The hardware will include corridor key switch control stations, nurse station master consoles and the termination cabinet.

The RFP closes Oct. 17.
