Strong Joins Dell Technologies as Data Center Sales Exec

Scott Strong of Roseville has been named Data Center Sales Executive for Dell Technologies, selling to state government.

Strong joined Dell from Hewlett-Packard and then HP, where he spent more than 11 years in roles including sales support specialist, partner business manager and managed print services sales for SLED, servicing the state.

“Scott is new to the Dell Technologies team, however, his passion for working with the state of California began over six years ago,” a Dell spokesperson told Techwire. “Scott has worked with agencies and departments both large and small with the goal of always ensuring a quality experience and beneficial results.”

Strong attended UC Santa Barbara and California State University, Sacramento, studying economics and business administration. Off the job, he said, he enjoys traveling with his wife and two children as well as playing water polo, snowmobiling in the Sierra, waterskiing and playing musical instruments.
