Goh was affiliated most recently with SS&C Technologies, where she served in the Sacramento area as the company’s client relationship manager for North America. Before joining SS&C, Goh had been with IBM for more than eight years, serving in increasingly responsible sales and management positions related to data, risk analytics and finance.

Before her tenure with IBM, Goh worked in business development consulting and management roles with Thomson Reuters, BMC Software and SimCorp.

Goh told Techwire that in her new role, she is “highly driven in working with Gartner’s government clients to help build the successful organizations of tomorrow” by combining her experience from within and outside of IT and “in collaborating and integrating the priorities of each to serve clients’ corporate objectives and mission-critical priorities.”

Goh has an honors degree in finance and business administration from National University of Singapore (NUS) and a minor in technopreneurship, which she pursued on an NUS Overseas College Scholarship working at a biotech startup in the Silicon Valley and studying at Stanford University’s Management Science and Engineering.

In her free time, Goh enjoys food and music with her husband and daughter.
