Meagher, who lives in Livermore with her husband and young daughter, started her tech career in 2005 as an account executive with True Wireless, then moved to Accela to exclusively serve government agencies as a business development executive. She joined ADP in 2016 and moved to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020, where she was a senior account executive for state and local government in the West.
“We’re excited for her to join our team,” said Caleb Cannon, Esper’s senior director of product marketing. Esper is a regulatory technology company, modernizing how federal and state agencies create and manage public policy.
Meagher is a graduate of California State University at Chico with a bachelor of science degree in business administration/marketing. She is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
“I enjoy staying active,” Meagher said, with “summers on the lake (any lake!), and winters in the Tahoe mountains.”
