The Huntington Beach Public Works Department is seeking on-call engineering services to design and integrate equipment for a transit control center. Along with planning, specifications and estimates for signs, traffic striping and signal communication projects, the consulting vendor will collect traffic data and provide bicycle and pedestrian studies. Traffic impact analysis and parking studies may also be required.

The RFP closes on Jan. 1.

The city of Berkeley is seeking a vendor to provide a commissioner tracking system. The system will track and manage past, current and new members of city boards and commissions. It also needs to track commissioner eligibility and membership.

The city requires that the system be secured to allow access management for different roles. It will also need to integrate with the content management system while providing dashboards for staff views.

The RFP is due Jan. 18.

The city of Palm Desert is seeking a vendor to install fiber-optic cable between traffic signal controller cabinets that can also provide a fire station warning system installation. The cable will allow for better connectivity among signals on major thoroughfares.

The RFP is due Dec. 19.

San Francisco is seeking a vendor to create an electronic monitoring services and case management system for juveniles.

The contract is estimated to last five years or less, depending on the city using two one-year extensions, and be valued around $504,000.

The system should be based on GPS tracking and transdermal monitoring for between 20 and 45 participants at any one time.

The RFP is due Dec. 12.

The city of Santa Monica is seeking business process management software and associated services. The workflow software should not be tied to any platform and must be able to handle multi-directional workflows, according to the scope of work. It must integrate with the active directory and visual studio currently being used.

The city is also seeking data capture software for forms. This will allow the city to create, update and delete forms within its system. Data access and analytics are also important for this project.

The RFP is due Dec. 20.

The city of Diamond Bar is seeking an enterprise resource planning system.

The vendor for the system will provide project management, system configuration, data conversion and installation. Data interface and training will also be a requirement.

The RFP is due Jan. 5.
