The Secretary of State's office is seeking a chief technology officer to supervise the operation of the Data Center. With seven direct reports, the CTO position is the mastery level of the career series, supervising the system and software engineering managers, provides technology services to the department and oversees the infrastructure services, enterprise architectures and cloud services in the office. The office would prefer to hire someone with disaster and operational recover planning experience.

The new, permanent CTO could make up to $10,877 a month. The final filing date is Sept. 21.

Covered California is looking for a chief of enterprise applications, who will be responsible for maintaining associated operating systems, application environments and all associated installatations, implementations and management responsibilities. The office is looking for someone with experience in agile development and vendor management.

The full-time IT manager could make up to $9,504. The filing deadline is Sept. 25.

The Office of Systems Integration is seeking a manager for its Project Management Office. That manager would be responsible for the Case Management, Information and Payrolling System's performance metrics, project library and quality management, among other things. The IT Supervisor II could be paid up to $8,611 a month and the application process will stay open until the position is filled.
