People on the Move: Trinity TG Names Sales and Services Director

Trinity Technology Group Inc. has named a veteran IT sales executive to the position of sales and services director.

Trinity Technology Group Inc. (TrinityTG) has named veteran IT sales executive Tim Shanahan its new director of sales and services. Shanahan has focused on enterprise software solutions within the health-care and state and local domains. Trinity said he will complement the company's growth plans by helping clients formulate solutions and cultivating partnerships.

“As a seasoned IT sales and service professional, Tim brings exceptional proficiency in developing and maintaining multi-level relationships with clients trying to leverage automation to solve complex problems,” said Randy Duart, founding partner of Trinity Technology Group. “His veteran experience combined with his professional approach in implementing strategic sales plans will be of great benefit to TrinityTG.”

Shanahan has been driving results for technology firms throughout the United States. "His professional background is built upon a successful foundation of consultive and value-added marketing solutions with a penchant for exceeding customer expectations and requirements," Trinity said in a statement.

Shanahan's previous employers include Tableau Software in Seattle; InterSystems Corp. in Cambridge, Mass.; Informatica Corp. in Redwood City; and Sybase in Emeryville. He’s facilitated contracts with Kaiser Permanente, Deloitte, Accenture and Cerner, among others. 

Shanahan, a California native, holds a bachelor's in business administration from CSU Chico with an emphasis in marketing and statistical mathematics. He and his wife, Megan, have two sons and two dogs. He said he enjoys spending time with his family and indulging in restoring classic cars, golf, and other outdoor activities.
