As Client Executive, Government Practice, you will play an integral role in the HiPER Solutions Client Delivery team. You will be expected to deliver the first of its kind subscription-based solution that reduces risk for large scale change efforts at government organizations around the world by:

  1. Living the Dream: Cultivate your values and vision throughout the organization by working in a fast paced environment with fantastic people (if we do say so ourselves). You will constantly learn about yourself, grow as a person, and extend the culture to the frontline in customer interaction.
  2. Positively Influencing Top Executives: Bring our high-impact leader clients on a journey that inspires and enables them to take action as you interpret data so they get ahead of blind spots that might get in the way of their success. Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for some of the most influential leaders positively changing our world.
  3. Identifying New Opportunities: Change is constant, which means existing accounts will occasionally have new change efforts underway where we can help. Identify new opportunities and collaborate with HiPER’s Growth team to expand where we inspire and enable high impact leaders.
