Teams Usage More Than Doubles
It seems like a long time ago, but back on just March 19, Microsoft reported Teams usage had more than doubled – from 20 million daily users to 44 million. In the weeks since, that number has continued to grow as more organizations made unexpected transitions to remote work. We know that among those organizations facing this unprecedented disruption are numerous departments in California state government.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we’ve heard from a number of our friends and clients in the state. Many have expressed an eagerness to leverage Teams to help their departments continue their mission-critical work. Some are just looking for guidance on getting started with Teams while others are looking for strategies to become more proficient.
We’ve been Teams advocates since it was launched three years ago and it’s factored significantly in many of the projects we’ve worked on in recent years. And that got us thinking about how we can help our clients during this time.
