Taborda Solutions Announces Deeper Integration with Blackboard for Agencies in the State of California
Taborda Solutions Inc. launched a new integration between the company’s AutoHR (Automated Human Resource Solution), the only HR solution designed and built specifically for the State of California, and Blackboard’s leading teaching and learning solutions, for agencies in California.
Building on the Blackboard integration in Taborda’s TRAIN application, the integration into AutoHR will further expand the capability of departments to create a single streamlined experience for employees. Where the TRAIN application provides learners with integrated workflows for requesting and approving trainings utilizing the state of California request and approval processes, AutoHR provides a deeper and more integrated experience throughout an employee’s lifecycle.

AutoHR encompasses many of the state’s primary HR processes through a collection of modules including Position Control, Request for Personnel Action, Employee Profiles, Time Sheets, Form 700, and more. As part of the integration, the AutoHR Performance and Development module will include integrations to Blackboard’s solutions, allowing supervisors and employees to collaborate on Individual Development Plans and Performance Appraisals, which include recommended trainings and classes. Information will pass from AutoHR into the Blackboard integration, helping to inform a learner’s education track, and completed course work information will pass back to AutoHR to close the loop on development plans.
