TANIUM IS AWARDED THE SLP+ CONTRACT FOR STATE OF CALIFORNIA

Ransomware attacks are on the front page of every newspaper these days. Tanium is excited to have been awarded the SLP+ contract for all California's Public Sector.

Tanium is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the SLP+ contract for the State of California, allowing Tanium’s endpoint management platform of unifying management and security of endpoints, everywhere and instantly to be offered to California's Public Sector.  In January 2019, State of California, Department of Technology Office of Information, issued the Security Endpoint Protection Standard SIMM 5355-A, indicating that all endpoint security technologies deployed by the State must have the following required and recommended capabilities for protection, detection, investigation, containment and remediation.  To meet SIMM 5355A requirement for SLP+, the State of California, Department of General Services created the SLP+ contract for EDR software to protect against security intrusion.
