IT Veteran McClelland Joins Salesforce as Customer Success Chief

Colleen McClelland, who’s worked in the technology industry for nearly 20 years, has joined Salesforce as director of customer success for state and local public-sector clients in Sacramento and Northern California.

McClelland began her new role last month, having joined Salesforce after more than 19 years as a senior manager with Accenture.
