Oracle Promotes IT Veteran Olmeda to Regional Management Role

Olmeda has been in public-sector technology for almost 20 years, beginning with Accenture. He's a graduate of Texas State University and is based in the Sacramento area.

Todd Olmeda has been promoted to Regional Manager for Oracle’s Public Sector business in California, Alaska, Oregon and Idaho.

Olmeda has been in public-sector technology for almost 20 years, beginning with Accenture, where he worked on “some of the largest and most complex Oracle/Accenture projects ever in key accounts such as CalPERS, C-IV, CalHEERS" and with Texas state government, according to a statement from Oracle Regional VP Mark Fellows. “Todd then joined Oracle as a Sales Engineer, where he had an immediate impact on key Oracle business in California.” Olmeda was subsequently affiliated with another company before rejoining Oracle in a sales role.

“Todd has a great demeanor and consultative style that is welcomed by our partners, customers and other lines of business within Oracle,” Fellows added.

Olmeda, who’s based in the Sacramento area, is a graduate of Texas State University with a bachelor’s in computer science and a minor in mathematics.
