SimpliGov has named business and technology veteran Rajeev Haswani to the position of director of Client Services, working in the Folsom-Sacramento area.

Haswani has been in the industry since 1997, beginning as a senior consultant with CGI-AMS, and then affiliating with GE Insurance Solutions before moving to Franklin Templeton as IT director. He joined SimpliGov this month.

“I am really excited to start the next phase of my career with Simpligov and help public center organizations accelerate their digital transformation journeys,” Haswani told Techwire in an email.

Gary Leikin, chief executive officer of SimpliGov, said he was pleased to have Haswani join the company as part of its recent growth.

“Rajeev will be integral to supporting our growing list of agency customers in Sacramento in this critical role for our team,” Leikin told Techwire.

Leikin also broke some news about that growth: “As our team continues to expand locally, we are also excited to announce that SimpliGov will be moving to a larger, new office location in downtown Sacramento later this summer,” he said.

Haswani has a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Houston and a master’s in business/general management from the University of Maryland.

SimpliGov serves local, state and federal governments with eForm, e-signature, and workflow solutions. The company describes itself as a “no code” solution that empowers lines of business to own and maintain their own processes.
