Jaeger’s mission is to help large public-sector organizations gain control of their labor by providing solutions for workforce management and human capital management, according to Michael Galello, UKG’s industry marketing manager for the public sector.
In his LinkedIn profile, Jaeger lists his specialties as “value-based solution selling,” managing and closing complex software sales, developing C-level relationships, and developing and negotiating large contracts.

Jaeger has held executive sales roles with UKG since 1998. Before that, he was a sales rep for Interboro Systems Corp.
He is a cum laude graduate of Long Island University, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
