UKG Names Sales Veteran Jaeger to Senior State Sector Role

Bruce Jaeger is Ultimate Kronos Group’s new senior sales executive serving California state government.

Bruce Jaeger, who has more than 20 years’ experience in enterprise software, human capital management and software as a service (SaaS), has been named the senior sales executive for the state of California by Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG).

Jaeger’s mission is to help large public-sector organizations gain control of their labor by providing solutions for workforce management and human capital management, according to Michael Galello, UKG’s industry marketing manager for the public sector.

In his LinkedIn profile, Jaeger lists his specialties as “value-based solution selling,” managing and closing complex software sales, developing C-level relationships, and developing and negotiating large contracts.

UKG delivers solutions that “help organizations drive better business outcomes, improve HR effectiveness, and make work a more connected experience for everyone.”

Jaeger has held executive sales roles with UKG since 1998. Before that, he was a sales rep for Interboro Systems Corp.

He is a cum laude graduate of Long Island University, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
